Order & Payment

  • Customers are deemed to agree to the following conditions once orders are placed and confirmed.
  • For cheque or payment through other banks, order is only confirmed when payment is reflected in the account.
  • Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for out of stock items to arrive.
  • No cancellation once payment had been made unless item is out of stock.
  • Please indicate when checking out, if the item is meant to be a gift.
  • NO RETURN POLICY. ALL ITEMS SOLD ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY.

Shipping

  • Orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days after payment is received.
  • Please refer to the shipping methods listed as below for the charges and timeframe.
    1. Self Collect - Free and no further discount available. Please call 6993 8695 to arrange.
    2. Courier Service - Top up $12 (FREE for order > $120)

    Warranty for pump 

    • Warranty card must be presented together with the pump during servicing. Spectra SG reserve the right to reject servicing or loaning of pump if warranty card is not presented.
    • Warranty period stated on the warranty card is for the motor. No warranty for the pump accessories nor adapter
    • Warranty is void in the event that milk backflow into the machine or mishandling is suspected.
    • A refundable deposit of $50 is required for pump rental in the event that collection is not possible on the same day. Deposit will be refunded in 2 to 3 working days once pump is found to be working and does not contain backflow milk upon return.
    • Pump rental is subjected to availability. Priority will be given to customers with warranty.
    • SWH DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. reserve the right not to repair or service any pumps that does not match the condition stated or purchased from retailers not listed in Spectra SG website.
    • 3 months warranty is available for serviced pump for the same fault.
    • Courier service is available at $24 for collection and return of pumps for servicing.
    • Customers who opted for the courier service are required to fill in the service form (click here) and send the soft copy to warranty@familyu.com.sg . Customers may also pass the hard copy to the courier during collection. 
    • Courier will be arranged within 1 to 2 working days once service form and payment are received. Please contact us if you are planning to submit hard copy of the service form.
